Bard item - singing modifier - resonance & Harmonize

Hi,

Another topic for you Tyler if you have some freetime for that

I was only playing a bard on Live and really loved this character.
Besides all various brd only weapons & armors, main bard's goal was to get Shei cloak ((Shadowsong Cloak) - id : 26574) with Harmonize (+0.9 singing modifier) on it.

I did not play above lv 65 on live and never knew the "Bloodfiend`s Throat Gem" from a Tae Ew Bloodfiend in the Cazic-Thule: Lost Temple of Cazic-Thule. I found item on allakhazam, not on alla clone : http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=84623

I saw that you added a custom version of Voice of the Serpent (id : 3903) and I was curious if:
You would do the same for the ((Shadowsong Cloak) - id : 26574) dropping from Shei.
Or if it was possible to implement it in ToV raid zone or new raidzone to be implemented soon.
Or if you are going to implement "Bloodfiend`s Throat Gem".

I know that there are really few bards on THF (at least I have mine, Galdwin :p) and I would really appreciate having the possibility to get such item with Harmonize on it.

Something like this can be added, sure.

I encourage classes that are not played often (e.g. Bard) to report me some stuff and wishes and feedback in general.

Currently we only have Resonance and Harmonize as upgrade paths. So i will need to hold off on Harmonize item a bit until we release tier3/4.

I can add Resonance to some ToV item tho, np. Any suggestion?

I would love to see a range/ammo upgrade of Voice of the serpent (range/ammo) in terms of stats > 300 HP/Mana +20/25 resists, with resonance also (+0.6 singing) and one other bard skill multiplier such as brass (for the war.... line of songs which are brass instrument) with a 180% modifier (instead of 150% percussion only on Voice of the serpent). You can also add it on single/proper table loot:
All ToV mobs with a probability of X% (multiplier : 1) (where X can be 10% to 15%) so that bards discovering ToV first times could be able to get it
Or on higher/harder ToV raid dragon till Vulak with a probability of Y% (multiplier : 1) (where Y can be 25% to 50%)
We have to keep in mind that resonance is low compared to Harmonize and that Disciple Yelwinz drop it 50% Multiplier 1 on a single table.

That's a wish, everything can be discussed, that's what i appreciate.

As you keep harmonize for later T3/T4, i also would like that you keep the shadowsong cloak item for this occasion as this name represents an accomplishment item for bards, whatever their levels are.

I will try to provide feedback with my bard as he will surely follow my main Wizard wherever she goes.
