Frozen Faithbringer's Leggings

Been debating on if I should post this or not, but I decided to go ahead and see what happens. The focus effect on Frozen Faithbringer's Leggings leaves a little to be desired. Clerics just simply never nuke (unless you are Djani!!) and so maybe a change is in order? I vote for a spell casting range increase focus effect which is useful when hiding around corners and trying to dodge AE's.
