I cant get me consumption of soul aa's to work...acutally i cant get alot of my pop aa's to work...any idea's? Thanks

Im lvl 70 with over 300aa's and CoS is black..like i already maxed it out...and when i click on it...it dosent give me a choice to train in it....this is also happening with other aa's as well...
