::: NEW SPELL FILE :::

In light of the recent class balance, Items having a mana less click nuke will be changed:
- Tome of Swirling Feathers Click changed to Ancient: Spear of Gelaqua - 7 secs recast delay added
- Writ of Dragonkind - 6 secs recast delay added
- Staff of the Silent Star - 7 secs recast delay added
- Gebron's Demented Shield - 7 secs recast delay added

This is done so you can't just Flare yourself and keep clicking a Mana less item forerver. It should be no penalty in using it the way it was designed -> click between spell refreshes.

Other misc changes
ITEMS: Flayed Barbarian Hide Mask clickable from inventory now
