I added all these today at work so after server reload all is good.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

Even after the reload the cap just shows as a misc item. I think because the item type is combineable (stackable) then the customizations aren't taking effect. ATM all it says is MAGIC ITEM, weight 1 size medium class none race none. That's all it shows.

Wiped out all the mushrooms to the lake (maybe 10?) before I got enough components ... success! Works great.

Can we make the vials of shreiker essence stackable, please?

Are you meaning for the shrieker essence to drop in stacks of 10?
