First, when you pick it up it looks like :


But when you look at the Alla Clone page, it says it should look like :

From looking on the site, I think this item should be a type 8 aug, but the way it is now, it is for weapons only type 4 slot...which a lot of people will not use this for...

I was thinking for the epics tbh, casters etc. No idea why its showing this different view. I'll check.

hehe it's because the alla site aug type # isn't the same as in game. I had this same conflict a while back and Tyler told me, basically type 128 on alla = type 8 in game, and I guess type 8 on alla = type 4

This is how it works on the DB side and how you see it on Alla clone:

Type = Value
1 = 1
2 = 2
3 = 4
4 = 8
5 = 16
6 = 32
7 = 64
8 = 128
9 = 256
10 = 512
11 = 1024
12 = 2048

You can also set augments to be usable in multiple slots by adding the numbers above. So, 8 (slot 4) + 128 (slot 8) = 136, and that would fit in both slot types 4 and 8.

sooo umm whats type 30 then? (2.0s on alla clone say they have a type 30 slot

Weapons are different, only augs themselves go by that formula.
