its Focus effect is True Swiftness 40% spell haste to beneficial spells with Ench Mage Wizard Necro are the users.

I just realized the focus after having it for 2 weeks and said hmm int casters dont have many beneficials especially ones they need to cast during battle i was wondering if we could get this changed to 35% spell haste to Detrimental spells seeing as there is not terribly many spell haste items for dps casters, Thanks in Advance.
