Ok, so if I ignore what I've learned about the 2.0 quest from others, there is a couple small problems at the tear/material section of the quest.

1) I'm looking for a tear and I have some fragments. How many fragments do I need? Since I need to combine them, how do I do it? I suppose I could look in every single tradeskill container for the recipe, but what is it's name? The tear fragments look like gems so I would try jewelcraft first personally. My only saving grace is being able to easily find the tear recipe on the clone, but I guess people could claim it ruins their immersion to do that! Anyways, might want to hint at these things in quest dialogs or something.

2) Same deal with the material combine. No clue how without the clone. At least we know the recipe components this time, though.

*Deleted #3 ... the direct turn in to the Dwarf worked*

You'll need 3 fragments. I told Lillu to update the Quest NPCs to give more clues. The fragment stuff was a late addition so the Quest NPCs know nothing about it currently.

Recipe is found here. You need a typical Forge to combine it.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
