Robe of the Traitor

Hey,

This is a quick question about dye's and colors, for anyone to answer if they know how to. But I have seen a few monks with a solid white robe look, and it's very cool. I dyed my robe of the traitor white, and it worked fine, but when I logged out and back in it was the same yellow it had been before. Is this a glitch? And whether it is or isn't, does anyone know how to dye it white in such a way that it will stay white? Thanks.

Mine was white for a few days without using dyes, it's back to being ugly yellow again though.

Robe of the Traitor used to be white without dye, unless they messed it up doing graphic changes ;p

I dont mind it being yellow as a default, but if I spend a dye turning it bright white, and the next day its back to ugly yellow, I'd either like my dye returned, or even better, the problem fixed so I can have it white. Any response from a dev would be appreciated, I know its a small matter, but I think it technically is a bug.

technically when you dye, you dyeing a slot, not an item itself. So anything you put into that slot becomes white, regardless of its color - this is not true for all of the colors, but this is true for the WHITE. (cause white is 250,250,250)

So go into your dye menu, and see if slot you dyed still white. try clicking reset button, setting it to a different color, and exiting (do NOT dye again) - sometimes it got stock on a wrong color and moving sliders back and forth resets it back to what it should be

I have never dyed anything, the robe is just changing colors. Happened to 2 other people I know as well.

I believe i can explain what happened: Few days ago Tyler gave leggings of the Traitor a graphic and tried to fix at the same time the graphic issue that none Robe wearing Races had with the Robe of the Traitor(which sadly didn't work).
As the change for the leggings went in effect at the same time in attempt to fix the Robe problem,the robe lost it's texture and was plain white so ppl mentioned it in the thread and the next day or 2 days later it had it old texture back.

Edit:
In regards of dying the robe white it wouldn't work atleast not with the Robe of the Traitor due it has a Texture but correct me if i am wrong.
So in other words if you would find a plain robe that has no texture only those would show a true white color else if you would select white they would show the original texture in case of the elemental robe as a example the Kedge Keep Robe model.
