this is of course Tyler's area of expertize, but powerful clicky effect have shared timers for a reason - you choose ONE, which is more beneficial at present time, and sacrifice the others.
Otherwise a person could get 2 dozen of ultra uber clickies and just click them in any order to end of time.

NP, I just figured I would ask since it was initially usable together and then was not. Thank you for addressing it.

I never recall being able to use both items together

I could be mistaken but i believe at one point i was able to use them together during a Xegony raid.

I assume you speak about Ring of the Clawed Guardian + Ring of the Strong during the Xegony fight.

I believe for a day or 2 the Ring of the Strong had a reuse timer by accident of only 5 mins instead of 1 hour.
So lets assume during that time you experienced that you where able to use both rings one after another in this case you clicked Clawed Guardian one first which triggered the CD of ring of the Strong which than after 5 mins reseted which i assume is before or during the time Clawed Guardian Disc one runned out.

So in other words i can see that you where able to use both rings together for a few days but that was i would believe like ~2-3 month ago and than only if at all for a few days.

That sounds about right and may have been during the time discussed. I know that during that time there was a mistake made and ring of the strong also lasted an hour lol. So it may be during those times i am thinking of. Thanks for all the great feedback in regards to this guys.
