Ranger spells possible stacking issue ?

I am a bit confused atm if Wrath of the Hunter is suppose to be a multi buff spell for hunters is or just got its stacking problem.

Guard of the Earth doesn't overwrite Wrath of the Hunter
Wrath of the Hunter overwrites Guard of the Earth

Strength of the Hunter and Wrath of the Hunter neither stack or overwrites the other buff.

True Howl see Strength of the Hunter same problematic.

Well my main concern is those are all Ranger buffs i tested it with if its suppose to be a multiclass buff everything is fine besides that Howl or Strength don't get overwritten by Wrath or vice versa.
