Bard 2.0 clicky not applying to Wiz.

I'm not sure whats causing this, it lands 100% on other toons, but every now and then it wont apply to Wizard even if his in close proximity.

I tried checking for buff stacking problems, but with the same buffs it wont apply most of the time..

What do you mean exactly with it doesn't land?

Buff icon not showing up? Effect(s) not working properly? The Wizard familiar has a similar effect (increase nuke DMG) so maybe the stacking issue is "intended".

Buff icon dosnt show up and dmg does not increase. Familiar has crit incease, no no spell dmg, maybe mana regen stacking is the issue?

Familiar effects are:
Spell Effects
1 : Effect type : Summon Familiar: Familiar10
2 : Effect type : Increase All Resists by 25
9 : Effect type : Increase Critial Spell Chance by 30%
10 : Effect type : See Invisible
11 : Effect type : Increase Mana Pool by 5000
12 : Effect type : Increase Mana by 500 per tick (total 0)

Bard 2.0
Spell Effects
8 : Effect type : Increase Mana by 150 per tick (total 0)
9 : Effect type : Increase Spell Damage by 80%
10 : Effect type : Increase All Skills Damage Modifier by 30%
11 : Effect type : Limit: Spell Type(Detrimental only)

Hiya,

Still lurking forums and espescially wizard's threads.

I sorted out lots of figures and conflicts on that post and did not get answer:

Conclusion was it was better to use 2.0 AND switch Ro's familiar for Manaflare II/III (instead of Ro's flamming) during 2.0 duration buff.
No answer on the conflicts mentionned btw.

Worked perfectly fine, no I never see the buff anymore unless its my first or 2nd slot but works fine other than that.

Happen to have /tgb on maybe on the bard ?
Last i check the buff will not land on anyone in the group but the bard itself if mob is target and /tgb on i think.
