Frozen Faithbringer's Leggings DI Spell/Item Clicky

I've noticed two things about the Frozen Faithbringer's Leggings clicky which seem to me to be problematic:

1) The clicky and spell are on the same timer. If I use the clicky, it doesn't grey-out the recast timer on the spell, but if you cast the spell you get the recast time not met message and no spell goes off.

2) You still need an emerald reagent component to use the clicky.

I'm not sure what the benefit of the clicky is, beyong freeing up a spell gem.

Yes that is the big benefit to have the spell on the legs and one reason i didn't trashed em yet on my cleric.

But yes i would love that the spell don't consume Emeralds anymore either.

Tyler new spell is only reviving back with 1%hp unlike orginal spell that does 100% revive coudl you look at this please? happened two me twice tonight

New Spell is copy and paste version of Old DI save for the emerald cost and duration.

Anyone else can confirm this?
