gangerous scarab in sebilis is mega ultra rare and the only piercer i've seen to upgrade for rogue since the one i picked up in guk at 35ish (the chaotic dirk), it's a 20% spawn chance between like 4 or 5 other spawns, then a 50% drop chance between 2 different loots. :<

Other than that, it's faction is messed up too. It doesn't use the chaotic faction so it isn't KoS when it spawns.

Awesome Tyler, Thanks! Off I go to farm it some more.. We had a restart, I assume that put your changes in? If so, it seems leprous scarab still is non-kos (indiff). Hm.

Bottom floor of Ssra, the "Taskmaster <named>" mobs seem awfully easy. They cast too much, and have too little HP that you don't even need a tank. They cast spells all the time, and don't really hit that hard anyways. Even if they're unslowable, you don't even notice due to lack of triple/quad and just constantly spellcasting.

You can more or less run down stairs lull everything and single pull em, just the overall difficulty of it seems less than stellar. Any chance Commander Zaz can't see through rogue SoS? And then maybe tweak the TM's to not be casters, boost of their HP a bit, I'm 4 boxing (CLR/WAR/ROG/BRD) with a shammy bot and I am mowing through them way too fast to feel like I'm in a tier 1 "raid" zone. Maybe reflect their stats to the commander level?

Taskmaster Zerumaz is a warrior, and he's a bit more respectable dmg wise, since he actually melees, but still feel like he has no hp.

Yeah, TM's have 50k hp, the Commanders have 140k. That may explain why I feel like they're weaksauce.

Confirmed. Went there a week ago and was clearing around the platform (where king/echo spawn on normal servers.) Pacid all the mobs I could see and ran in, only to see that one of the spawns was actually a double spawn (invisible to the naked eye since they were facing the same direction) and it split itself rather quickly. Was going to comment about it here, but forgot :D

i think a terrorantula is missing a 0 on it's HP. 45k hp on it, other namers are like 350k-450k
haha.

Augs are also less than stellar, the ancients that are, compared to other stuff you'll be fighting with equiv difficulty. Maybe consider boosting augs or something.. just minorly, like some AC or something.

Seems if you turn in an eye to the Fangor The Wise prior to getting the task, he eats the eye and doesn't reward you.
May want to write it so it returns the eye instead. :/

My warrior, Xynn, had her "Eye of Terrantula" eaten. You can tell I did the slay since all my other chars either finished the turn in and have the result, or that Shin still has it in inventory.. Heh :/

Kilmer also had all 4 of his eyes eaten, he was with me for the slays. :/

Him eating the items is actually intended. Players need to pay attention and not just run on auto pilot >< It sucks, but it's happened to others who weren't careful in the past. Even I have done this on my cleric once for the charm version 4.0 (ToV one). You live, you learn. I bet now you won't try to do turn ins without seeing if theirs a task first!

While it might be true that other stuff you fight give some better augs, that doesn't mean these should be boosted. You need to keep in mind that while SSRA named are a bit easier, and drop better augs, theirs also the chance that they will drop nothing at all. Also, they only drop 1 item at a time. The epic mobs on the other hand will always drop 6 epic 1.5 pieces, as well as 2 augments, guaranteed. See my point?
