Advance charm first upgrade.

I started a rog, and killed the 2 people for the first charm upgrade. I thn noticed it was req level 50. I think the req should be lowered as u can kill the mobs for the quest at level 1. Since the mobs are in level 1-30 zones (crushbone/paul). maybe move them to a higher zone, but I think the first upgrade with the stats should be able to be gotten at say level 20.

the two goblins are supposed to be lvl 60. they should 1 shot a lvl 1, and even a lvl 30 will die in 1 combat round. If you killed them at lvl 1 they are either bugged or something is up with your toon and its power.

This is also the same reason they are in the lvl 1-30 zones, to act as a "surprise" when you stumble upon them and think well its a red con but i bet i can take it then BAM loading please wait.
