Ya I am having the same problem. It seems the agro was fixed for the tank bots but at the same time i can no longer keep agro over my rogue bot. In fact, i think he is holding better agro than my SK bot. He takes it the instant he attacks and i cant get it back no matter what i do. Tried spam healing, spam snaring, etc. Cant keep them on me and i cant get it back off him. Even if i wait to build agro he rips it the moment he attacks.

I also have a ranger bot who is NOT having this problem. he is working just fine. It seems something is up with rogue bot agro.

Well bots are exactely how they were.. I mean suggestions are welcome but this fix wasnt a fine tuning, it was a "revert".

rogue bots have always been tough to hold agro from, mines really well geared and fully auged and i have always had issues with it at times, but definately nothing new after the revert, tho i was getting used to not even having to worry about agro lol.

I know guys that bot rogue always pulled a lot of aggro.
I'm just poiting out that , maybe you could lower a bit of the aggro generated by rogue bots ( I think monk bots are the same )
It's really frustrating to put on a lot of time and effort to gear up decently a bot just to see it instantly aggro some random named and be pwned while the MT is taunting/flurrying/powerslaming/proccing hate etc )

Question, when my rogue bot has agro and is tanking the mob, i see him trying to get behind the mob to backstab but of course the mob turns with him or summons him or both, and the combat text is flying by so fast i cant tell, but he is getting backstabs off when he does this? Just wondering if hes not getting the backstabs off and since hes now tanking instead of me should i just re-roll him as a war.

As a druid i just dont see myself being able to hold any agro over the rogue with the agro fix back in place and if hes not backstabbing why waste my heals on a chain class. Thoughts? Comments?

did some testing during lunch break and the rogue bot will still BS when tanking when he dances around the mob but still considering switching to a war bot. He doesn't appear to do it as frequently nor for the high dmg he does which is making me think hes dancing behind the mob and using the BS skill but the mob also turns so its just an extra attack like if your were to do it as a PC when the mob is facing you.

he was doing 150-450 which made me think frontal attack instead of his usual dmg of 1000 or so. Although he did do 946 a couple times so maybe he got lucky and got behind him? I didnt see any double backstabs and he didnt crit any backstabs, normal BS crits are in the 3000 range.

Granted i didnt get to test for long, but this is what i seen.

If the bot has higher aggro, he'll get aggro now. That is all that was reverted. His aggro calculation is currently the same as a player.

I'm not looking at customization atm, due to changes in the way bots are handled with later code. However, will revisit this eventually.

If I am reading this correctly you are playing a druid and expecting to hold agro off a rogue bot? That is for the most part an unreasonable expectation, as a Warrior I have no problem holding agro off my rogue bot and he is very well geared. If you are a caster you should need to use a tank class, I would suggest a Warrior since you can heal and use your pet for the dps.
