Various LDoN dropped augs

Not sure where to post this, have exact examples on the other PC.

Some of these dropped augs will sale for various amounts of Adventure Points at the boxes. The "box" will quote 2 Adventure points, for example, for an item, but more than once, I only received 1 point when I sold the item. Will get the exact examples, but from what I saw, there was no rhyme or reason as to why it was happening.

As example:

Ruby 1
Quoted - 2 Points
Sold - 1 Point

Ruby 2
Quoted - 2 Points
Sold - 2 Points

Ruby 1 (duplicate)
Quoted - 2 Points
Sold - 2 Points

Also, one just one occasion, I was quoted 2 points, but received nothing after selling back to the vendor.

Thats working as intended.

NPC vendors always take items back for less than what they sell for. It's a known bug but nothing we can do about it.

Oh, I understand that. Didn't expect to get full price back, but when you're trying to sell it back, and click on the item, it will say "I will give you 2 Adventure Points for suchandsuch item", but when you sell it, you only get one.

You might have answered that with your last sentence, not sure

What item is that? Maybe we miss that point value for that one. (the announce 2 should sell for 1 pt still)

Ya, same for me, every time I sell faint aug, merchant offers 2, then gives 1.

I cannot seem to find the post, but the question was answered by Lillu. I will try to quote it from memory, but sorry if I mess it up.

Lillu mentioned that the items actually have a sell-back value of 1.75 adventure points. The vendor rounds this up when telling you the price they will buy it for, but the Adventure currency system rounds the value to the whole digit and excludes any fraction therein.

it pissed me off too, after turning in a couple bags worth i realized i was getting jipped!!

Wtb merchants not quoting me what they think i want to hear only to stick it to the man when i'm not looking.
