Ancient leather tunic ( VP)

90% to all fire spells? Really? :) I hope this was an oversight or I'm just going to be a little dissapointed.

I am assuming this is a complaint and you think that fire focus is no good?

Under that assumption I believe you are wrong, but maybe some other players can chime in. There are limited focuses that would be useful to a leather wearing class, and I know several end game DPS classes use fire focus to help with procs and several clicky items, I've actually heard several complaints that there are not enough fire focus items

I'm in agreement with Allizar. I would love to have this tunic, or any fire focus atm. (curse you black flame of rage always taunting me with fire focus and not useable by casters). I would also agree with others that there does not seem to be enough fire focus items. I'm having a hard time finding one around my current tier range (SSRA/T2). Although i discovered a fire focus type 8 aug that drops in BoT the other day im going to try and farm for its not a very good one and would just serve as some type of focus until i can find a "real" one.

My grief is more about a leather tunic worn by a dru, mnk, bst that two of those classes best nuking abilities rely on Frost! :) ( I know druids use fire on a smaller scale, merely stating ancient spell line)

If this was silk then by all means. For leather and being the best BP till dreadspire levels it is kinda a let down for a beastlord. the lower elemental powerful leather robe seem like a better choice with its useful heal.

My thoughts only tho and maybe I'm missing the importance of 90% fire dmg for a beastlord.

For me (druid) the fire focus is mainly for our fast duration fire dots. Our best nuke is cold nuke but there are plenty of ways to get ice focus. Since that was my main nuke that was the 1st focus i took care of via a 600 point LDON aug. this focus is also found on gloves, legs, wrists, all kinds of items.

While the fire, is much more rare. In hindsight maybe i should have gotten a ldon fire focus aug but the 600 point ldon ice focus aug gave me the best focus possible until i get to the higher raiding tiers, which may be a while. I wanted to nuke hard now not later =)

If I'am not mistaken , the Panter spell line use fire focus to increase dmg.
Druid have Fire DD , Bst get panter procs and Monks get Lure of Ro procc of 2.0

Seems good to me )

I'm just holding to the 'simple' ideas which you can do with the leather. Treu that leather is a difficult issue.. But it had be used.. just logical thinking brings me to the idea of making a leather Tunic. Just like my winter tunic from wool. A nice piece of leather, not that thick, will be used for an leather tunic with some nice leather decorations and some reinforced parts. It will be very nice for the fighting and afcourse also just for main use when it is cold outside.

I have no idea what you are talking about, and I feel dumber for having read it from start to finish.
