It seems that old factions are not used at all on THF so there seems to be no need to preserve them. Why create new content when you can utilize current infrastructure!

I would like to see content that can't be solo'd by multi-boxing because it requires simultaneous activity in different parts of the zone. (Hoorah PoTime).

When creating parts for the rogue event it would be nice to have the rogue randomly despawn as to evade and go to a different part of the zone to slowly regenerate while the group needs to go find him and finish'em off.

For the ranger event it would be cool to have a bunch of rangers randomly called to a high point so a group would need to run to them and clear or wait for despawn while everyone runs for cover or dies.

..... stupid stuff like this would be fun; it seems like Rivervale has the perfect terrain for this stuff too.

no derail, the whole point of the thread was to stir up ideas. I just miss the inclusion of cities that POP single handedly ruined. I Never said anything about decorating houses, just a personal space, your own little nook of norath. It should obviously have some kind of benefet. I Like the idea of making cities or some cities raid zones. I do not think we should lose the old faction in some cities. Heck I just spent a few hours and a bunch of gold getitng my faction highend warmly with the priest of life in qeynos and a few trains of freeport militia for knights of truth.

Just for kicks and giggles I'm gonna go to Felwithe tonight and kill a buncha dirty high elves. I urge everyone to go to their local city and kill everything you see until devs decide to re-purpose these cities.

There is a server out there I have zero respect for but they did do a great job with the cities.
I am actually surprised that no other EMU has even considered or bothered to work on the cities as much as that one single server.
Want to do something new, I would start by finding a way to use the cities more.

I know its possible and would be really nice to have.
