high end dps balancing berzerkers

as is my insanely geared berzerker with donator,

Ill start off by saying i dont play a bezerker here - however, i do know there is more to a DPS class than massing HP/AC. It seems your bezerker more closely resembles a tank than a dps class. For example, your missing basic mods such as 2HS (except for your Xeru 2HS, which im assuming you dont use since as you say, you have a donator).
Also, you are still using t4 enhancement focus while you have redundant LDoN type 2 aug focii instead of true enhancement....
I suggest you search and copy other dps classes via magelo to help improve you dps.
Until then, it seems obvious to me your dps would be under-par.

-I was told : it would be "game-breaking" for a class to have a sustained 16k dps, right now you said you can nearly sustain half of that with by simply spamming Rk. 4 Cold Rage.

It is unfair to compare your dps to another class's dps in their idea situation. There are plenty of encounters in which rangers do half of their dps due to rooted NPCs and wizards do zero due to resists.

btw, did anyone noticed we got the 1st rogue parse!!!
Ok it is a rogue bot parse, but a parse.
Tyler had to parse himself to get rogue parses at the class balance time because thf rogues were shy or afraid by nerf

.... sometimes you need hp and ac to survive 1 rampage cycle in high lvl fights as is i need a cleric on me full time to attack xeru:(... as for the focuses 2hs yes i do have, but im not enjoying dying the first 20 seconds of a fight, wearing lesser gear for focuses.. only thing im missing is 20% offence which gives me a bit of extra attack. From what ive notice that extra bit of attack does very little if nothing at all... id rather wear my zerker only shoulders from DSK which give huge bonuses to frenzy rather then my 12% offence shoulders from PoAir(only offence item ive recieved) which give around 30attk......PS if i made any and all of the changes you offered, my dps would be exactly the same... ive had every focus eqipped, and I still had the exact same max damage, the exact same haste rating, and guess what...... my hit rating is still the same as well... with current setup I almost never miss and 90+% of attacks are max crits... zerkers are just plain ol' maxed out on damage once you buy a donator and aug it which is fine when your wearing full ST gear...but when I'm 4 "tiers" above that gear lvl I kindof expect a little more out of my dps...I could have 260 base damage on my 2 hander and my max hits are exactly the same as 255base damage seems something is wrong there also..

how is 16k sustained dps gamebreaking? wizards can do this and more already without discs..

I agree with Ghulak that if he adds atk mods to his character that his dps does not go up. The attack cap on the server is 250. Easily achievable with tov gear. As a ranger i hit for exactly the same amount of dmg buffed with 3500 atk as i do unbuffed with 2000 atk. Once you reach this point Ghulak did the right thing by auging and balancing armor for survivability. Melee have it rough in many encounters were mobs ae ramp for full dmg and Melee become spectators to events

There are some encounters were my dps is cut in half on rooted mobs yes... but with raid buffs on and debuffs on the boss i still can out dmg a zerker with my ranger. I can also count the mobs on one hand that my wizard is useless against.

if i may add:
6min parses, sunes buff, at least 5 parses (min) to calculate an avarage.

So that we can refer to class balance time result (at this time: true focus, poair gear, no donor gear).
