Focus effect is unknown with new spell file.

Should have been unknown before really. This is/was the issue why we wanted a custom file - the current file only goes up to spellid 8450, means all the SOF+ spells are not live. I can assign them in the editor (like i did here) but they won't appear in game.

Will be replaced with a new focus.

The following are still bugged as well (with latest spell file)

Frozen Ritualchanter's Armguards -- used to be a 65% heal boost


Also, I see that you updated ranger/cleric arms but they're off atm. They say:

Effect: Vampiric Health (Unknown Activation)
Focus Effect: Unknown spell

Frozen Armor Arms will be reviewed tomorrow. I created a new 70% heal focus that will go on the arms but i couldn't assign (or rather i tried but it didn't work out).

Should be fixed next reload!
