I think hes saying that Shroud of Discord imbues your weapon with a lifetap proc which in return is not affected by this AA we are talking about but should be according to your quote

I see, but I understood this.. I did not understand why my quote has to provide evidence and for what? Noone sayd this above is no bug.

BTW could ya check the spell_id for me? I guess something like "shroud thingy recourse" - so I know what spell effect needs to be affected by the AA.

the % on the AA to improve the proc is great, ht ebad part is we only get a lvl 66 or 67 lifrtap proc. that is like one of our most valuable spells yet me dont get a better one at 70 like most other classes do. i would like to see a lvl 70 LT proc for us SK's
