Items w/ Cooldowns

I am not sure if this is possible, an issue w/ emu, etc etc -- as a result I am putting this post here to see.

Basically the issue is this (default ui, titanium client) when an item that has a cooldown is used for example Ring for the Strong (webtools/items.php?id=9542) the item will in a sense 'gray out' showing you that it is on cooldown. As a way to show you how long is left on your cooldown visually the gray bar will slowly go down until the item is no longer grayed out any longer.

However on some items such as Belt of the Arbiter (webtools/items.php?id=8025) the item will not gray out at all and you will just have to mentally time it or use it at random and hope the item is up when you click it otherwise receive the obvious cd not yet ready message.

Now my question is this, is it possible to add the functionality of the items graying out which do not currently as they should? If this is not possible, obviously no big deal happens. If this is possible however can we do a sticky like the "if you don't like your items look" thread where people can post items they see along the way which do not gray out properly for their cooldown.

Clearly it wouldn't be a huge priority if it is a possibility, but something when there's a free moment to do.

I would even be happy with a command like #cooldown or #timer that would list all active item cooldown types and timers. Could even implement something like #cooldown [item, disc, spell, etc].

This would be awesome on something like the cleric donator weapon (monk donator grey's out but also it's a 3 minute cd instead of 10 sec).

I notice sometimes it's really iffy as to whether a full 10 seconds have gone by before I want to click it again and because it only gives the recast time error at the end of the cast it can mean the difference between life and death.

Would be great to get a GM to comment on this thread.

+1 for this one, it would be great to have!

On a quasi-related side note, I don't know if this is addressable server-side but I noticed that on Titanium, using clickies didn't grey out spell gems where as on UF using clickies cycles my spell gems as if I cast a spell. This leads to a significant loss of DPS on the UF client as there's an extra 2-second extra cooldown or so between casts.

Thoughts?

This would indeed be a great feature but I'm afraid we can't fix it server side, it's a client thing. We'll double check it with the master, Vaion.

That makes sense. It would be great to be able to change if possible.

If not does anyone know of any UI addons that would keep track of cooldowns?
