Additional modifiers...

There are several items that give additional modifiers to a tradeskill stat, like the 5% boost a Grandmaster item gives. But there are 2 items that come to mind that give a whopping 15% from the Luclin expansion:

The Gauntlets of Dark Embers is really nice, unless your not of the right class...and the Akhevan Shadow Shears don't seem to be on any loot table. May I request putting the Gauntles to all/all and having the Shears drop...somewhere...
