i would like to see the LDON point system used ( not ldon zones necessarily), example being say Tier 5 raid zone the mobs drop 1 item per kill buy award 50 pts to everyone who killed, goto the merchant and gear ( slightly lesser than the dropped stuff), example: if dropped is 600 hp the vendor would be like 580.
I like the idea of LDoN point system. How about something like this:
5 Different LDoN themes, 5 different difficulties...
Northern Ro, Sand Elves, Tier 1 LDoN - Soloable.
Commonlands, Orcs, Tier 2 LDoN - Groupalbe.
Innothule, Undead Frogs, Tier 3 LDoN - Raid = ToV
Lesser Fay, Vampires, Tier 4 LDoN - Raid = Sleepers
Everfrost; Undead, Tier 5 LDoN - Raid = Dain for trash, Mirigul the lord of Chaos end boss...
Each theme would have 5 different dungeon map, Boss mobs would drop loot and spawn a chest. Chests could hold 2-6 coins (copper thru velium) worth various amounts to the LDoN vendors. Say for example you solo in Tier 1, kill a boss, chest spawns with 2 copper coins worth 5 adventure points each. But at night you go in with a raid force to Tier 4 zone, kill boss and a chest drops a chest with 5 velium coins worth 100 adventure points each.
So if really good things are available on the vendor, it will not take a raid member long to get whatever it is. And if someone choses to go it solo, they are able to aquire the item but would take much longer. Tradeskill stuff would drop across all 5 tiers...
Just a thought,
