Unable to log in one of my characters

My enchanter is unable to log into the game. I crashed when I zoned into the Bazaar. Now I can get to character select screen fine and also even log into and play my alt character, but when I try to log my enchanter in, it says after about a minute "The server did not respond" followed by a "You have been disconnected" message.

I logged my alt in and leveled him several levels and had no issues. I restarted my computer but still no luck logging in the enchanter. I have not tried zoning into the Bazaar on my alt as I don't want to have no characters left to play lol. Can someone help me get my enxhanter so I can log him in again?

The move character thing worked.

There seems to be an issue with my bazaar file since I can't get to the bazaar from any character I try to zone into there. I tried making a newbie and zoning into the bazaar anbd it crashed me and I can't log into that character. I will try to repair and/or try a new install of Titanium.
