Chaotic Holly: quest has her listed as being in crystal caverns. We found her in qeynos hills. When we killled her we got the usual loot of the bosses but no update to the quest. We have been watching crystal cavern for her but have only found a chaotic spider. Is this a misprint on the quest log and she spawned in two places and only one counts?

Guys, the quest should be fixed now and was extended with Chaotic Queen Dracnia kill also.

Unfortunately, the task resets when changed/fixed so if you were already working on the task, you will have to get the task again.
