That is my fear, we will not do ST anymore soon. Gearing up alts & new members is easier in PoF. I mean for Evolution as we already have the stuff to handle PoF boss (or will very soon).

I do not try to get more and more everytime, I am thinking about the work you put into ST and to find a way to make sure that ST is a step between ToV & PoF without setting up a flag/key system, PoF being an open zone.
You could also have add a flag after sleeper's death, allowing a fairy TL past Castles meaning that ornate TS drops are in an open zone before the 2 birds, and Elemental from a closed part of the zone (starting in front of the 2 birds) but you did not because you wanted an open zone.

Discovering new places is a huge fun and pretty everyone will want to discover. Not sure that newcomers will spend time to key people for long time in order to raid ST if they can have better in PoF being full ToV gear.

It now depends on what you both Tyler and Lillu want to make on THF. Being a progressive server or having content that can be skipped (I enlarge the topic for nexts custom zones).I do not have a lot of time to help on adding content, ideas, quests as some of THF peeps can do, but at least I can give you my personnal feedback and impressions. I play EQ as a casual and only on THF, and believe me, after the 1st ST raid where sleeper dies, thinking that we will skip him soon makes me sad and i want to share my sadness because I think it is important.

I do not ask for changes to be made in 2 days, I just try to open the discussion on what ST represents for players who raided in and what are their opinions now PoF is opened.
Only Jeido expressed his feelings atm, I think that we could have more feedback on it. If not, I ll close the discussion and definitly forget about ST espescially for Alts/new members (except keying them for 2.0 & 2.5).

As a first step to make ST more interesting, the Augs have been upgraded.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

Dead Sleeper will also be needed for the zone after PoFire/PoAir - totally forgot this small issue ;)

Edit: before i forget - thanks for your input Lola. Tbh, i struggled to make PoFire an open zone, not require anything to zone in (beside level). However i wanted to make sure that the "Ubers" can also group with the "casuals" and also open more zones for the casuals to group/solo etc.

I will have a nother look at the ST loot in general and might adjust something here and there. As it stands, a dead Sleeper (flag will be given as soon as Lillu get's it done) will be required for progression. Same as a dead Fennin and a dead Xegony.

Hmm, so the script isn't working for him. He's attackable even when the other named are up, and he aggro's through his dome. That's how we had to pull him last time also, he never came out of his dome until we went nearby.

I did set up Sleeper to spawn Tippy upon it's death. no idea about the rest of the script, how it should or should not work. I havent changed anything else.

So I've been thinking about Sleeper's difficulty. I think that on top of the AE he has now, he should also have some sort of AE nuke or dot or something deadly to melees! He's tough now, yeah, but not nearly as tough as he should be IMO :0. Also, I believe he could use an ATK/ACC boost.

haha, I think I know where this is coming from :p

imo, it's fine as it is. you'll get more challenge in PoF, and in the upcoming Tiers for sure. Besides that, the achievement isnt all about defeating Sleeper, rather the long road to get there..

lol while the vulak kill did remind me about Sleeper and his difficulty, it is something i've been thinking about for a bit. I see your point though, so never mind :D
