T-8 Evolving Item

I seemed to have lost my Necklace on an Evolve. I got it on my cursor, thought I put it back on and the augs into a bag. After zoning I noticed I had an Aug in that slot and the necklace was no longer in inventory or equipped.

This exact scenario happened to me once. Client was confused I guess, because restarting that client instance resolved it.
