AA Salvage

This is an OOW AA ability, not sure if it is working or not. I have it at max level, but have never seen a message "You have salvaged some of your materials" or seen different stacks of materials vary in any degree.

Anyone else think this is broken??

For sure not working, 100%. It was one of the first AA's I bought knowing I was going to do all tradeskills and I got 2/3 before I realized it didn't work. It has been 2/3 through all my tailoring, smithing, and brewing which alone are like 750 points - most of it through high trivial (guaranteed failure) combines.
