Now that EQ1 is free to play and you can D/L the client from their main page, is that client usable here? Or Will I need to go thru steam to get Underfoot ? I built a new rig in December and lost all my files, so I'm starting from scratch again.

Eqlive version will not work with eqemu. You have to use one of the authorized clients.

That's fun... I went browsing around the Steam store... no Underfoot or SoD to be found...

My brother-in-law currently went searching. Expect to pay $100 for a viable copy anywhere - we haven't found cheaper. I have both a disk SoF copy and a Steam SoD copy so I'm sending him my SoF when I get home.
