I have noticed that when I click my magician donor weapon (Staff of Elements - effect is Elemental Power), I get a short duration buff cast on myself called Growl of the Leopard. Is that the intended recourse for that effect? It doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me, so I just wanted to ask whether that is functioning as intended.
Additionally, I've noticed that Death March I-IV overwrites Elemental Power. Elemental Power is much more potent than Death March and this interaction leads to a large loss of damage that is supposed to be gained from Elemental Power. Is there a way that it could be prevented from overwriting?
