Scriber giving out extra spells?

Not sure if this is a limitation of the scribe or what... but on my SK the scriber gave me Dark Siphon I - VII, and iirc these are NPC lifetaps.

All classes get some extra spells that usually are not accessible on Live.

Was this recent? Do I need to rescribe?

Hehe, it has been from the beginning. There are spells in everyone spellbook like TestBuff1 and some other junk that's in the spellfile per default. Nothing to worry about (i hope).
