World Boss instead of single ones put the entire quest as one under Quest Achievements or do them all and an addtional line for completion?

Question on the LDON points earned is that only counting points earned through missions or do tokens count? If tokens do count I feel that takes away from the in game achievement aspect when someone could potentially donate for adventure tokens or from the casino.
