We had a discussion about these today, but we couldnt come to a solid conclusion. The problem is that right now they're usable by both tanks and dps, and they also have stats for both classes. The atk/haste is good for dps, avoid is good for tanks. The only problem is that tanks wouldnt use it over green mantle, so that leaves DPS.

Some people thought it should be made PAL/SK only because it has wis/int, but at the same time it lacks the AC and pal/sk already have Green Mantle.

Others thought if it were to be a tank shoulder, it would need more AC for sure. The effect and avoid read tank, but the rest doesn't.

One other thought was that if it was intended to be a DPS shoulder, it would need an effect such as cleave or ferocity, and it might be better if it had accuracy instead of avoidance.

From reading your post, i reached my goal. I want to create diversity. On most other EQEMu server, highend people all wear the same stuff. I don't want that to happen here.
