Pet toys graphics issue

Hey all, I've searched and not found anything that explains my issue. T8 pet toys specifically cause me issues. The problem is I can't see the weapons reliably, I don't have a shorter way of explaining it so here it is...

Some of my characters can see all the weapons no problem, some can only see 1 weapon even though the pet is using 2 of the exact same and some toons can't see any at all. Just so happens my warrior can't see any so my cleric and enchanters pets are invisible entirely and I can't see if they have some mobs agro somewhere until I have an unexpected add and to my surprise... no pet to pull the mob a moment so I can adjust tactics.

I haven't noticed any specific pattern or settings, all the .ini files are copied from original and settings are identical across the board. I really don't want to give up T8 toys.

I am running the underfoot client
Win 7 X64 Ultimate
i7 3930k 3.2 ghz 6-core/12-thread CPU
32 gigs corsair quad-channel RAM
GeForce GTX 460 v2
Corsair Force GT SSD

***update***

I have noticed a pattern, if a character enters the zone AFTER the pet is in and has weapons in hand then that character can see the weapons. Any character that loads before a pet can't see them and ones that are loading at same time as character with pet can sometimes see 1 weapon. Currently I have 7 characters I run in a 6 box configuration and all 7 are pet capable so there isn't a simple always have X enter before Y or Z.
