Log in server

Hello, I recently re-installed a fresh copy of titanium eq and tried to log into the game.

I had previously made an account but never made a character.

When I did i get the message "There has been 65536 unsuccessful attempts to login"

So I came to the UserCP on the website here and changed my password.


Now both passwords will let me log in but I still don't see any servers in the server list.


I attempted to make a new account but said I can't use the same email address twice.


I can make another email address for a new account if need be. Just seemed like an odd situation.

So to make a few questions from the last few sentences.

Does/should changing your password on the forum change your login password?

and

Does this mean boxing isn't allowed on this server as you can't tie more than one account to an email address?

No boxxing is the thing to do around here, I think most here at least box 3, alot of us box a full group or more, and if I had to make a different email for every toon I have Id never keep track of them all.

I think the error perhaps might have been on set up, did you follow the directions on set up right? Theres a file that needs changed

Cool, you were right about that one file I had to edit, finished with all the downloads and installs and figured I was done.


Ok I read through the server FAQ a bit and it does seem boxing is allowed, just no third party macros.. so alt tab it is


Do I have to register a different email for each box I make on the server?

are you making accounts on the THF website? Or the eqemulator website? EQEmulator has a limit of 3 accounts per email address, THF has no limit - use this form webtools/account/registration.php
