Most of the characters have all the AA's bought for extra buff slots.
When testing had all the buffs except the songs playing and the 2.0's stick. Then I can run the songs and they stick as well.

Tested again this morning - logged into guild hall, did not zone:
Single raid aura on the group - Each toon only had their raid / donor running (clicked off the ae raid auras)
Playing the 3 songs
Removed Sune buffs on the bard so only had WoA, Wildrunner 2, Talisman of Might, and Gladiator -- neither donor or epic 2.0 stuck on any of the group.
Tried again -- removed all buffs from one toon except the 3 songs + donor aura: Neither donor or epic 2.0 stuck.
Tried again -- removed all buffs / auras from 1 toon - only Psalm of Veeshan and Slayers running - neither stuck.
Tried again - one song playing - Slayers 2 - Donor stuck on all in group. As did Epic 2.0 - Note: some toons still had the psalm of veeshan buff going even thought not playing due to being in guild hall.
Tried again - two songs playing, Slayers and Psalm of Veeshan - no other buffs on Bard - Neither stuck on anyone in group
Tried again - all 3 songs playing -- hit key to stop playing (buff icons still present) and both donor and epic stuck.
Don't believe it is an issue with stacking per se but an issue with running /mel and clicking the items. The items grey out like they have been cast / reuse timer set but buff doesn't actually go off due to songs being played. The click acutally seems to turn off melody as had Solon's Charismatic Concord and Nillipus March running and clicked donor - mel stopped running but buff did not take. Clicked epic and buff landed.
