Dragon Scaled Earring

I refer to this post about the Dragon Scaled Neckguard:

It would be cool if the earring could be placed on the same timer as the neckguard for the same reason ( conflicts with ToV anger click).

The timer is currently the same as Frozen Dawnseeker's Mitts. It is my wish that the timer instead be the same as the Dragon Scaled Neckguard.
