New to the server and a big Kudos going out

Hi there. Been playing for a day now on THF and I must say it has been an awesome nostalgic experience to say the least. I am an old EQ veteran and have played numerous MMOs or what is called an MMO today and nothing I mean nothing comes even close to touching the expansiveness interactivity and in general the awesomeness of Norrath and beyond. 1 day hard core playing and I haven't put a dent into the content available and comically I have surpassed or close to surpassed the repetitiveness of quest hub yawn fests and tiny worlds I have experienced as of late in other "MMO" experiences.

Thanks for putting your own flavor to it yet still leaving so much untouched and filled with the memories of hours gone by.

Indeed it is a great server.

I started off with a warrior about 4 months ago, since then I made a shaman, cleric, ranger, enchanter, druid, paladin, shadow knight, bard, necro, and yes (3) mages.

The work done by the developers is fantastic and I enjoy logging in and having options to do, such as hitting Wall of Slaughter, Sleeper's Tomb, or Plane of fire for raid loots, or working on epics, auras, head hunter, or charm upgrades. I never get bored. I try and help out the community when I can, Im either giving out WoA on Houlk, and Hitower is giving out the DS or pet toys. It's a great community, and everyone is respectful in /ooc and that part is a HUGE plus. (thanks Micha)

I donate as often as I can financially to show my support to the devs for the great server they have. Not everyone can donate, but when you do, you get a nice item, plus you are letting the dev crew how much you enjoy the server.

And to add onto that.. Bareth helped me tremendously when I first started on the server, as did many people. SSRA, Bareth and I had some good times.. he pretty much covered the appreciation for the developers, which I reciprocate as well, but, he's a humble fellow.. so let me also extend my appreciation to players such as he that really make THF an enjoyable place the moment a player first hops on the server... if it weren't for him, kitty, melkor and a few others my first two days, I may not have gotten to the 3 month mark much less been around to donate.
