Queens Charm cast string error

The first version of the Queen's charm when cast and also when using the UF client returns the cast string "Vengeance of Kotiz"

I am unsure if this is correct as I remember it being something else when I used the Titanium client.

Get the latest THF spell file. And if you used the eqemu patcher, don't use it.
