[FIXED] Project illusion

Just got project illusion on my chanter , fun AA , and totaly useless concidering it takes 155 AAs to get it :p

Would it be possible to remove the group only tag on this AA ? would make this AA a little more fun w/o changing anything important in the game

If we remove the group tag, chanters would be able to randomly cast illusions on basically anyone, without their permission. That we obviously don't want, right?

Yes we want it! druid can already turn anyone in Werewolfs, not a big deal
