o Fixed the issue with Titanium clients retaining buffs that were removed after zoning.
o Fixed the issue with some buffs not working properly.
o Reverted the changes with the detrimental counters made in the last reboot since it was affecting some buffs not sticking properly.
Items:
o Hammer of the High Priest will now only cure 6 counters instead of 18.
Zones:
Halls of Honor:
- o Creeping Doom Debuff will now require you to actually cure the curse counters instead of simply casting a "cancel magic" type cure.
o Players affected by Creeping Doom will now have their name broadcasted to the zone.
