I absolutely don't want to destroy your ideas, but you know that it goes pretty fast to PL someone from 1 to 70 ? With people offering rk3 buffs, woa, DS and such it's really cake. Some months ago it took me 3 hours to PL my cleric from 1 to 70 and I was not at 100% at all (and didn't have all the stuff and spells I got now).
I am not sure that there is a business for that... But if there is one, I wish you good luck.
