been playing a ranger here for over a year and here's some stuff that's been on my mind/general observations:
-ranger heal is useless aside from powerleveling (which is probably the way it should be)
-there no short-cooldown upgrade to the frost DD (Ancient North Wind)
-there is no level 70+ DoT
-Brell's blocks our self and group buffs
-Empowering Water overwrites T6 chest illusion
-Empowering Water has a painfully short duration
-not enough variety in bows (pretty much linear progression from ToV -> HoH) and they are all pretty similar. there probably isn't a need for more variation.
-fletching doesn't have much to offer aside from rubicite arrows (which can be replaced from T3 or T6 dropped arrows). I haven't researched this all too much so I could be dead wrong
-I think that half-damage is too heavy of a penalty for rooted mobs
-where does the "Windcaller" title come from?
