Exultant Bellow

Has the Bard AA Exultant Bellow been implemented yet? It's listed as "unkown DB string". If it's working what is the ID number? I think I have the newest spell file, at the very least, the one released at the begining of Feb, 2013.

Not sure if this AA is fixed or not , but anyway I'm pretty sure that 99% of mobs on this server are immune to stun. so it's won't help you much.


PS: this AA was badass on pvp server , freakin bards running around you, stunning you, manadrainning you , mezzing you and laughting at you!

702-1 has a prereq of Boastful Bellow
707-1 has a prereq of Ayonae's Tutelage
