For now, I have taken note on all advices. I am finishing off fully augmentating my gear with Air Augs. Taking a sneak peak on VP and re-challenge on CT sometime this weekend.

Just wanted to report in.
I successfully defeated Cazic Thule today. The outcome was... odd, unexpected, or more to say "what the...". Basically he was dpsed by the main tank and 2 T8 pets buffed to top. My plan was to bring CT's pet to the raid (behind him, large tree) and kill him. Unfortunately for some reason the pets loved CT's AE and engaged him. Yes I have them on hold always but for some reason if they get hit, they just charge in (mostly by spells).
So I proceeded with the plan, tank goes forth with all buffs (had 6 junk buffs on top, levi almost at the bottom of the buff slot). And thats... was it. The entire fight was about rebuffing with instant click buff (I used Green Resistant Stone from ST, and Resplendent Epaulets from Plane of Air (mini boss, the phoenix. Its 100% drop)). As many stated, the levitation to prevent massive knockback, the upkeep of at least 2 junk buffs per knockback is the key to success on this boss. I could have probably positioned the Range dps prior to the pet pull but well at least things went smoother than I thought.
No I have not visited VP. I was on fear for the VP key flag and said "A few more tries won't hurt to gain more experience". I had more trouble with Terror and Fright than CT this time. Specially Terror, I do hate those gargoyles...
For reference... for those who are still on CT, he knocks back roughly every 20-30 seconds. So long as you can keep your tank healed, tank be on his aggro range, levi is up, and keeping up the 2 buffs you will be able to down him as many of the people who suggested here have stated.
