command to right click item

Post#1 » Fri Mar 22, 2013 4:53 pm

:?: how does one do a command to right click an item in socials, for example to click a primary that casts a spell?

to target, for example, you type /target someone

need to know how to do a social so I can embed one in a hot button bar and then use it in boxing. I can of course embed the weapon in a hot bar. But I don't know how to make the command to right click that embedded item.

Thanks in advance

as far as i know only way to do this is with the use of MQ2, but if your using that it is pretty easy. Make sure you have the MQ2 plugin called MQ2cast and MQ2 exchange.

It is very similar to casting a spell expect you add -item to the end of the command, for example...

/casting "Name of the Item" -item

and it is as simple as that!

I got on the Isboxer forum and found there is a way to cast a clicky from a isboxer click bar on another toon for example to have my SK (Rafe) cast the cleric's (Abono) donor clicky heal.
First thing is to have the cleric go to Options, Keys in EQ and make a Key that will toggle the hot button where the cleric has embedded the epic.

Tricky part here (for me so far) is that the Key can NOT be a multi press key like Shift Alt 1 or something. This does not work for me. I used the accent key, `

Then on Isboxer's key maps configure an always on key that sends the ` to Abono:

` -> Abono

Finally configure one of Rafe's click bar hot buttons to use the key map on current (Rafe) when pressed.
