[IMPLEMENTED] More bard instrument modifiers

Any chance more items could get instrument modifiers on them? With the exception of the Epic 2.0, those instrument modifiers are exceedingly rare in the later tiers, and the stats on the Epic 2.0 just aren't up-to-snuff once you make your way into T7/8, even with the best of augs.

So, if you look at my bard: webtools/magelo/character.php?char=Mand you'll see that I don't wear my epic 2.0.

In fact, I only have one item with an instrument modifier (percussion) and that comes from the T8 evolve gloves. I'd love to see some more available on the T7-T8 items if you guys would be so kind.

I agree. some time ago i also replaced my epic 2.0. It did serve as a good item T3-T6. I'm guessing the epic 3.0 will also have this, but something in the T7/8 range would be nice to fill the gap from T6 to T9.

Ill book mark this and make some changes when I get a chance. I'm nearing completion of the donor melee dps BPs and plan to go back and do some light reviews on T7/T8 and ill add a few extra bard instruments mods on some gear.

In with next reboot:

Rizlona's Sacred Breastplate now has +20% to All Instruments.
Spider Sewn Bindings now has +17% to Wind Instruments.
Blade of the Vortex now has +17% to Brass Instruments.
Crown of the Court Minstrel now has +17% to Percussion Instruments.
Dark Gauntlets of Stone now has +16% to String Instruments.
Dark Sanguine Cloak now has +18% to All Instruments.
Loop of Chaos now has +18% to Singing.


I'll add more if I get the time.
