Thousand Blades & Minstrel's Gift Rk. III still share timer

Title says it all . I don't have Perfect Blade to test that one, but would you mind taking a look at these two when you get a chance?

Hmmm they are showing on different timers.

Perfect/Thousand Blades is showing on timer 2 and Minstrel's Gift is showing on Timer 5.

I'll run a few tests and see whats up.

Tested with perfect blade and same thing it locks out MG Rk. III for the same time has perfect blade
